Terms of Use

Your use of the Ballboy app is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated here by reference. The terms below supplement that agreement; where they conflict, Apple’s EULA controls.

Paid features are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.

Ballboy displays fitness information — like heart rate and calories — for your reference during and after a match. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, and stop playing if you feel unwell.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and the match data you log. Your matches remain yours; we only store and sync them so the app can work. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it for others.

We may update these terms as Ballboy evolves. When we do, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
